Called for emergency tooth pain, they git me in THE NEXT MORNING new patient and everything. I saw Dr. Flanagan and Brittany. I can't say enough about them. Brittany was warm and welcoming. Completely thorough in her explanations. Dr. Flanagan was fast and precise, but still sensitive to my discomfort and made sure I was OK the whole time. 4 extractions and a filling in less than an hour. I'll never go anywhere else.
I went in as an emergency, I saw Dr. Flanagan and he was amazing! The entire staff is very caring and friendly , he was able to fit me in on his busy schedule to do an extraction and an implant on the same day, I'm not in Groton for very long and he is working with me and making sure I'm taken cared of before I leave. I seriously love this office! Definitely recommend it!
The worst dentistry i have ever seen. At first appointment they told me you coverd 100% for x-rays. But when I came back at 2nd appointment they said it is only 80% . This was fine but Next time, Before making the appointment I specifically asked them about what the doctor gonna do in the next appointment they said only fillings.They told me to come for fillings appointment and without telling me anything did RCT. And not only that they re-did the RCT which was already done. Now my tooth have two colors. After they finished up charged me $1600. And told me one tooth is half done and you have to come for another appointment and we gonna charge you $2500 for that. They even charged me for realsing my x-rays.
I have been going here my entire life. They have wonderful dentists and hygienists. They work well with mine and my family's schedule.
