Did a major remodel with them
My husband and I used Baker Miller Lumber for all of the supplies for our multi-family home renovation. They supplied everything from windows to sheet rock to nails. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and very quickly. The sales person helped us every step of the way with great customer service. No complaints and we would definitely use them again.
Sales rep took no responsibility for miss measured cabinate space. He came out to site to confirm measurements and dimensions. Then when cabinates didn't fit her forced us to pay for the replacement! Additionally, some of the drawers don't close properly. Baker Millers response is to email us directions on how to adjust! 5 figures for the kitchen and over 50k total with this company for our new house, and that's the customer service you get?
Delivered on time
We used these guys for all the windows and doors in our dream house. There were some fairly serious problems with our order - wrong stain on the windows, wrong doors, etc. Initially, the salesmen spent strenuous efforts trying to pretend they didn't bear any responsibility. However, once Mark the owner got involved, he did make heartfelt efforts to mitigate the situation and gave us a discount.
